SONY — HEURES SILENCIEUSES
A camera film shot in the dark on purpose. One library, six desk lamps, no fill — the whole point was to see what survives at the bottom of the exposure.

LIT FOR THE SENSOR
We deliberately avoided traditional fill lighting. Instead, we lit exclusively for the camera's sensor rather than the human eye, pushing the exposure to its absolute base limit.
Nothing was added in the grade that was not already on set. We let the dark wood and the ambient shadows do the heavy lifting, proving exactly what survives in near-total darkness.

ORGANIC TONES
By stripping away artificial fill lights, we allowed the natural environment to dictate the entire aesthetic. We let the rich textures of the wooden desks and the deep green shades of the wardrobe do the colour work themselves.
The result is an incredibly cinematic, moody visual that proves the camera's true capabilities, rendering perfect skin tones and product details in near-total darkness.

We lit for the sensor rather than for the eye, then let the wood and the green shades do the colour work themselves.
